Our Arlington, TX client is seeking a Support Tech on a contract to possible hire basis.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Assist in testing and writing user manuals
Support software applications
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical software/hardware support experience, with the ability to identify, diagnose and repair issues
Complete Software Testing
Familiarity with Point of Sales systems
Bug Reporting
PC Charge/Paymentech knowledge
Remote Customer Support
Individual must be team Oriented and have a self-starter attitude

Software/Hardware Requirements:
Windows XP
Windows 7
MS Office Suite
Modems (Dial-Up, Broadband, Wireless Cards)
Removable Media: USB Memory Sticks, CD-RW’s, USB Hard Drives
MS Dos Experience Preferred
Sharepoint Preferred
