Our Grapevine, TX client is seeking a Tealeaf Event Administrator on a direct hire basis.

The Tealeaf Event Administrator is a critical member of the Company Analytics and Site Optimization team that is charged with creating a holistic view of customers’ experience on the site through a range of analytics, experience monitoring, optimization, and survey tools.

The Event Administrator will use the industry leading Customer Experience Monitoring tool, Tealeaf, to answer business questions through the creation of events, reports, scorecards, and dashboards. This position is key to helping Company mature it’s Customer Experience Monitoring capabilities, and will have the opportunity to make a substantial positive impact on the business. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in eCommerce that loves to solve complex problems in a complex environment, and is passionate about improving our customers’ online experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, model, test, and document Tealeaf events based on business requirements and direction from the Product Manager, Analytics
Manage the Tealeaf event ecosystem by ensuring consistency and integrity of naming conventions and event descriptions
Create dashboards and scorecards to provide business insight into key KPIs, site performance, and site health
Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for new events and reports that provide insight into customer experience
Maintain documentation of current events, event hierarchy, and event-to-report mapping
Conduct regular audit of Tealeaf events and deprecate out-of-date or unneeded events
Educates and coaches end users on the Tealeaf event model and how events have been implemented to help answer business and technical questions

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
Specific experience with Tealeaf  is a must
A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn new skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
3+ years in a web application production support, web analytics, application development, or similar role
College Degree or equivalent
Experience in agile development methodologies and technologies including HTML, JavaScript, XML, HTTP request/response, and regular expressions
Experience with web analytics, voice of customer, performance monitoring, and optimization tools is desired
