Our client in Dallas, TX Is looking for a Technical Business Analyst.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will serve as a facilitator in the definition of business IT requirements for strategic and tactical IT projects. The person will define project scope, goals and deliverables.  This position will also have the responsibility for the implementation of new technologies and applications.

The individual will manage and coordinate IT team members ensure delivery is within timeframes specified, and that expectations are fully met.  They will interact effectively with end users of company’s technology products and systems to support maximum use and productivity. Provides reports and support to Director of IT

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years successful work in project management or business analyst role
Agile development methodologies

Fluently speak, read, and write English.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to determine necessary technical documents and ensure project completion.
Develop use cases and process flows

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains up to date knowledge of changes in technology applicable to the company’s IT systems.
Supports the definition, planning and management of projects in compliance with standard Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and other standards as they are developed.
Ensures that issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Possess high-level knowledge and proficiency in Project Management methodologies, Resource Management practices and Change Management techniques
Provides timely reports as requested to support decision making in IT operations.

ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
Maintains a neat, orderly work area.
