Our client in Plano, TX is looking for a Technical Support Specialist on a contract to possible hire basis

Job Description:
Work with our clients for software related problem solving and project management tasks.
Multi-faceted and fast paced.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Follow through for customer satisfaction.
Daily Customer interaction and follow through on problems.
Must be detail oriented and have ability to convey information back to the customer at their knowledge level
Will train on clients software and provide support after training

Requirements:
College degree preferably in MIS or computer Science
Prefer 2-5 years experience in a technical customer support role
Excellent communication skills
