Our Georgetown, TX client is in need of a temporary Teller/Customer Service Associate for a 4 to 6 week period.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist lobby customers
Answer Phones
Attend bi-weekly operations staff meetings
New Accounts
Open accounts
Order checks
Order debit cards
ChexSystems
Complete CIP forms
Assist with wire transfer requests
Process changes of address
Process close account requests
Teller
Process deposit and loan transactions
Issue cashier’s checks
Branch Capture Maintenance – scan teller work at 10, 12, 2 & 4.
Merchant Capture – Review and approve customer batches at 10, 12, & 2.
Process incoming mail (deposits/loans)
Daily File Maintenance Reports – review items that you did not originate. Compare the system to the source document, initial each item you review and when complete, file the report.
Co-manage opening/closing duties
CD Maturity Report – new report data is generated once a month, review report and ensure all maturing accounts are either renewed or closed out by contacting the customer.
BSA Responsibilities – include monitoring for suspicious activity and reporting that to the BSA Officer, Completing OFAC searches and CIP forms, and watching for CTR and Monetary Instrument Log transactions.
Scan drivers licenses and signature cards as needed
Assist with ordering supplies as needed
Requirement:
Must have previous banking experience.
