Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Training Specialist for our Dallas, TX client on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities include course presentations, utilizing lecture as well as laboratory instruction, developing course curriculum, and providing customer support. Professional presentation skills are essential to effectively communicate verbally in an instructional manner.
Requirements:
4+years in a training role
College degree with electrical engineering highly preferred
Travel percent: 55% based on 52 weeks, close proximity to a major airport is preferred
Electrical Utility Industry with extensive background in Electrical Safety
Capable of developing/maintaining electrical safety audits for general industry and mines using OSHA and NFPA regulations (NEC, 70E, 70B)
Certified Fiber Optic Technician
Medium voltage cable knowledge with splicing and termination, cable testing, and fault location
