Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a UI/UX Web Designer for our Fort Worth, TX client on a direct hire basis

Position Description:
The Web UI/UX Designer is responsible for being the driving force in executing quality customer user interface & user experience interactions for Client’s global Web applications and Web site assets through the creation of high fidelity mockups, prototypes, and graphical elements. Responsible for consistency across all digital mediums, the Web UI/UX Designer defines style, layout, graphic, coding standards, and best practices for Web development. The Web UI/UX Designer position requires a blend of creative and technical disciplines
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience required
3-4 years of related experience in a senior position focused on UI, UX, graphic design, and Web publishing with an enterprise level content management system. e-Commerce and/or mobile experience a plus
Portfolio of electronic or printed samples demonstrating experience is required
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, experience creating prototypes for enterprise web content management
Able to conduct user research, usability testing and A/B testing
Ability to utilize Responsive Web Design for viewing across browsers, tablets and mobile devices
