Our Dallas, TX client is seeking an outgoing and personable Receptionist. This is a temp to possible hire opportunity.

The responsibilities include answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, scanning, creating invoices and handling order entry for new sales orders. Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
2 years in an administrative role with previous receptionist experience
Must be personable with excellent phone etiquette
Proficient utilizing MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Previous experience in the furniture is ideal but not required
Professional appearance and demeanor
Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00
