Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for an Accounting Specialist for our Dallas, TX client on a contract to possible hire basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable (to include but not limited to: voucher entry, payment processing, 1099 preparation and reporting)
Accounts Receivable
General Ledger Account Analysis
Expense Management (to include but not limited to: employee and corporate)
Special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma, some college or a degree preferred
5+ years’ experience in general accounting with emphasis in Accounts Payable
Detailed and analytical
Organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of NetSuite accounting software a plus, but not a requirement
