Your role with the company:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for recordkeeping and processing of invoices, vendor communication, and reconciling statements of account on a monthly basis. Typical daily duties include processing approximately 160 invoices per week, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and resolve any issues, and ensuring company cash flow is maximized. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.
Background profile:
Associate or bachelor degree is a plus though prior experience is the primary consideration
Experience of at least 3 years in Full-Cycle Accounts Payable
Exposure to Dynamics GP software is a plus
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
Expertise in troubleshooting technical problems
Excellent communication skills
