Our North Dallas, TX client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire position.

Qualifications:
Possess at least 3 years relevant experience
Have strong interpersonal skills, provide clear written and oral communication
Posses a strong ability to multi-task
Assert a confidential and professional manner

Essential Functions:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Customer Service/ answering phones and assisting appropriately
Mass 90 (a plus)
Flooring industry experience (a plus)
Manage, Organize, and update inventory logs
Data entry
Work as a team to get things done
