Our Ft. Worth, TX client is seeking an Administrative Assistant on a contract to possible hire basis. This opportunity requires excellent telephone etiquette and a strong organizational skill set while performing reception work, data entry, and customer service. Must be a self-starter and able to take direction well.

Duties:
Screen incoming calls and take appropriate action
Greet incoming customers
Troubleshoot customer calls and issues as they arise
Data entry, scanning and filing as needed
Distribute mail and packages and prepare outgoing packages
Occasionally assist in taking inventory of shipments in the warehouse
Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
3+ years of office management experience, industrial industry experience preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Posses a strong ability to multi-task and change direction well
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability and desire to learn new programs
Must be personable, patient, approachable, thick skinned, and have a great work ethic
A proven track record of high performance and outstanding attention to detail
