Our Fort Worth, TX client is looking to hire a contract to possible hire Administrative Assistant.  The right candidate will be ready to take on projects and will be self-driven.

Duties include:

– Scheduling and preparing meetings.

– Preparing projects and coordinating with others.

– Additional administrative work.

Required skills:

– 2-5 years experience in an administrative role.

– Some accounting exposure is required.

– Real Estate industry knowledge is a plus.

– Excellent skills with Excel.

– The ability to multi-task and take direction from management and from peers.
