SUMMARY:
Our Franklin, TN company is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist the Executive Direction and Operations Manager of a fast-paced organization

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phone calls of Director and Manager
Extensive calendar management (responsible for the scheduling of 12 basketball courts and 24 volleyball courts)
Organize schedules for Director and Manager
Coordinate various events, tournaments and traveling teams
Organize meetings
Handle billing and invoicing
Manage all social media aspects for the organization as well as the website

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong preference given to someone with strong calendar management experience
3+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant
High school degree required, some college preferred
Extreme attention to detail
Highly organized
Extremely presentable and polished
Ability to work Monday-Saturday;  9am-4pm
Must have strong social media skills and working knowledge of how to operate within a website
Must have experience in Microsoft office and with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
