Our Downtown Houston, TX client is seeking a 5-6 month contract Administrative Assistant with strong Excel skills.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
Use of the Microsoft Office Suite is essential
– Familiar with data formatting in excel, possibly Access
– Good with creating well represented reports
– Works with graphics ex. Pictures, clips, charts
Verbal and written communication important, participation with peers and director
Must be able to take direction and provide feedback, maintaining the accuracy of information is vital.
Attentive to detail and organized, will need to manage multiple files and related tasks effectively.
