Our Downtown Houston, TX client is seeking a 5-6 month contract Administrative Assistant with strong Excel skills.

General Scope:

     

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Use of the Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  •  

– Familiar with data formatting in excel, possibly Access

– Good with creating well represented reports

– Works with graphics ex. Pictures, clips, charts

     

  • Verbal and written communication important, participation with peers and director
  • Must be able to take direction and provide feedback, maintaining the accuracy of information is vital.
  • Attentive to detail and organized, will need to manage multiple files and related tasks effectively.
