Our Northwest Houston, TX client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their sales team on a contract to potential hire basis.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team and management as needed
Answer calls and requests from customers
Manage and direct customer requests
Document information from customers and relay to appropriate parties
Collaborate with sales team
Perform large amount of data input for reports, orders, and other information
Communicate with facilities
Perform miscellaneous projects as needed

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in administrative support
Experience in supporting small sales team
Advanced MS Office skills
Syteline database experience is a plus
Must be willing to work with a team
Strong accuracy and detail orientation skills
Excellent communication skills
