Our Austin, TX client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Insurance Coordinator for a contract to possible hire opportunity:

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Data entry, filing, processing finance agreements
Monitor general email box, company voicemail, schedule monthly meetings.
General administrative tasks-front desk reception, answer phones, filing, mailings
May be required to attend staff meetings
Maintain basic understanding of the underwriting guidelines and insurance products
The assistant will need to obtain a license after 6 months of employment to independently maintain the functions of the production unit in the absence of the AE.

Qualifications:
1 year minimum in the insurance industry
3 years minimum of administrative experience
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
Excellent grammar and communication skills
Must be adaptable and quick thinker
