Our client in Dallas, TX is looking for a Applications Engineer. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of products to support product sales
Provide application assistance to customers on software and hardware
Provide application-testing support on new developing products
Write technical notes and papers on various products and applications for publication and presentation
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in transmission and distribution circuit breaker testing preferred
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSSE) in electrical power preferred
Technical knowledge of transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers and protective relays required
Experience with Programma, Doble, or Vanguard analyzer systems required
Requires strong computer skills including knowledge of various Window platforms, software installation, various PC I/O ports and Microsoft Office
Requires up to 40% travel
