Benefits Administrator – Dallas Texas

Our Dallas, TX client is looking for a Benefits Administrator. As a member of the Benefits Administration team, the Benefits Administrator focuses primarily on continuing to learn the employee benefits industry, managing clients within their book of business, and maintaining employee eligibility. Additional responsibilities include quality assurance tasks, issue resolution, assisting with client implementation, renewals and other special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Gather and document business and plan design change requirements
Lead management of all administrative tasks for implementations, renewals, and ongoing administration
Quality review administrative staff assignments including daily administrative deliverables and documentation of procedures
Review and monitor ongoing client issues and deliverables
Test and quality review client specific documents
Develop and implement best practices
Review documentation of procedures and identify process improvements
Train other members of the benefit team
Provide feedback and developmental coaching to other team members
Build strong relationships with clients and business partners
Identify solutions for changing needs in market place
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and/or related experience in HR field
Demonstrated ability to provide superior Customer Service
Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Logical problem solver with excellent follow through and detail orientation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Competent in basic personal computer skills and knowledge, including keyboard skills, electronic folder/file organization and management, and e-mail usage
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be able to work overtime during peak periods
