Our Downtown Dallas, TX client is seeking a Business & Reporting Analyst on a direct hire basis.

Position Summary:
Business and Reporting Analyst will support two Directors and the Managing Director of our Operations Strategy group.  This group directly supports the CFO and COO.

Job Responsibilities:
Strategic reporting – leverage Excel, SQL/PowerPivot, Salesforce and other business intelligence tools for daily views of corporate, regional and divisional metrics
Operational reporting – research operating divisions’ information needs and build business intelligence tools to meet those needs, such as tracking their KPIs and process exceptions
Business process – analyze operational processes and information flows to identify improvements through design, resource planning and/or technology

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
2-5 years’ of analytical experience, preferably at an institutional real estate, investment or financial services firm
Real estate experience is preferred, but not required
Expert/advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel 2010 or later, preferably with experience in SQL/PowerPivot and Salesforce
Excellent attention to detail, judgment and problem-solving ability
Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization
