Our Brentwood, TN healthcare client is looking for a Training Manager to join their organization in a temporary to possible hire position.

Summary:
Designs, plans, and implements corporate training programs, policies, and procedures in a call center environment.

POSITION DESCRIPTION, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, plans, and implements corporate training programs, policies, and procedures.
Researches new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs.
Works with departmental peers in the design and development of training policy, procedure, modules, content and manuals/materials to meet department needs.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish a variety of tasks and goals.
Leads the activities of the training department and manages the work of direct reports.
Contracts with vendors for employee participation in outside training programs.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area and at least 7 years of experience in training program development.
Training experience in a Customer Service/Call Center environment required.
Familiar with a variety of the educational concepts, practices, and procedures.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, be able to build strong relationships and create peer partnerships to ensure success of Service Center’s performance development initiatives.
Must possess exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to develop and deliver the training function.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with ability to perform duties with minimal direction.
Ability to direct work priorities, coordinate work assignments, and manage productivity of training staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
Must be flexible, able to function in a fast paced environment, and able to meet scheduled deadlines.

Our Wimberley, TX client is seeking an HR Generalist for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Summary:
This person will be handling all of the HR responsibilites for two different locations: one in Spicewood and one in Wimberly with approximately 80 total employees. Most of the work will be done out of the Wimberly location, but travel between the two on a weekly basis is required. Duties:

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher
PHR preferred, but not required (will be given the opportunity to become certified through tuition reimbursement program)

Summary:
Provide cross-coverage for other members of the Administration department, including serving as back-up for the following functions:

Input and maintain contract management system, setting up reminder system for contract expiration, renegotiation and/or cancellation
Monitor performance of contracts and pertinent dates (e.g., renewal and termination windows) to ensure compliance and proper termination as appropriate
Maintain spreadsheet tracking signed Confidentiality Agreements of each team member, securing original signatures, and providing team member with countersigned copy
Prepare reports, contracts and correspondence (including drafting routine correspondence and other documents) for approval and signature
Prepare spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as needed
Assist in various facets of litigation, e.g., hearing notebooks, calendaring, meeting scheduling, deposition and hearing summaries, de-duplicating and eliminating paper files (to the extent possible), and maintaining well-organized electronic files
Make travel arrangements for lawyers, including arrangements for attendance at conferences and seminars
Manage updates for law books
Analyze expenses, including maintaining a legal expenses spreadsheet, to assist in budget forecasting
Assist in analyzing outside counsel expenses including maintaining spreadsheets tracking individual attorney hours against total percentage of hours billed
Perform other administrative legal duties as required

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred/ Associates Degree Required
Minimum of five years administrative experience; some legal assistant/secretary experience preferred
Desire to work on a team and collaborate with others; desire to assist others
Initiative to suggest and drive implementation of improvements to processes and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability and desire to exercise discretion with confidential information
Self-motivation for recurring duties and keeping department organized and files up-to-date
Ability to type at least 60 WPM
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Ability to prepare and review documents requiring strong attention to detail in a timely manner

Distributes and obtains appropriate forms, including new patient information, insurance information, and HIPAA information for all customers.
Schedules all appointments.
Prepares, pulls and files client charts on a daily basis.
Confirms hearing aids and ear molds are ready prior to client appointment.
Confirm the next day appointments.
Tracks referral source for all customers.
Ensures the beverage area is stocked and coffee is fresh.

Accounting functions:
Collects and records payments.
Completes bank deposits.
Prepares invoices and prints.
Accurately post charges, returns, and exchanges in the accounting system.
Submits appropriate information to the insurance carriers, and requests third party prior authorization as needed.
Works with insurance, and other agencies to facilitate authorizations and benefit verification as needed.
Generates customer bills after receiving Explanation of Benefits information from the insurance carriers as needed.
May be required to bill and contact customers who have overdue accounts.

Product Knowledge:
Performs minor hearing aid repairs as allowed by state law such as battery door or receiver checks.
Performs hearing aid checks and cleaning, as allowed by state law.
Familiarity with product for sales to benefit customer (training provided).

Miscellaneous duties:
Performs weekly and monthly outbound outreach to increase patient retention and new patient flow.
Sends out birthday cards to all customers in the data base.
Assists customers with exchanges or returns as needed.
Prepares marketing material as needed.
Maintains an attractive and welcoming office environment.
Completes all filing.
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed.
Establishes and maintains good public relations.
Performs all other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Practices good safety and infection control protocols.
Exercises confidentiality as it relates to all business and client information.
Possible in- and out-of-state travel for training 2 – 3 times per year.

Requirements:
Must be high school graduate.
Prefer an Associates degree in administrative, accounting, sales or customer oriented field or equivalent work experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population.  This includes listening, sales, and problem solving skills.
Ability to input and track sales revenues and balance accounts daily, weekly, and monthly.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
Must be able to organize time and prioritize numerous duties within strict deadlines.
Requires the ability to deal with numerous interruptions.
Must deal with customers in a caring and respectful manner.
Must be detailed oriented.
