Your Role with Frontline:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for working within the Austin market. You will grow accounts and bring in new job requisitions for our recruiters in the Austin office to staff. The position’s accountabilities includes making phone calls, client visits, and enhancing the company image within the Austin market in connection to technology jobs.
Background Profile:
Bachelors degree
At least 3 years of staffing industry sales experience
Prior recruiting experience in IT staffing
