Position Description:
This position’s Mission Statement – To leverage and optimize the people, the processes and procedures of the client company. This is a pivotal role for our client as it will report directly to the CEO. This role has three main functions to support the partners of the organization by using technology already in place and implementing and carrying out various processes to continue to grow the company’s business.
People
20+ people over 4 remote locations
Lead by Influence
Understand the A personality of the Managing Directors
Technology
2 ½ servers / Blackberry & iPhone / all laptops
50% remote users
50% high travel users (have built in cards to be able to remote in from anywhere – Think Pads / Lenovo / Windows 7
Encore 5 by Cluen – database (specific for the search industry)
Processes
80% of the processes have been completed (but improvements could be done)
20% need to be created
Drive the processes 100% so that everyone follows the process 100% of theim
REQUIREMENTS:
Someone with at least eight years of project management experience
Must have a good understanding of technology and how to use to databases and technology to increase market share and drive business development
Able to lead by influence and knows how to manage large scale projects and people
A PMP certification is preferred
MUST come from a professional services background; consulting or legal background is ideal
