Our Dallas Texas Client is seeking an experienced Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AN EXTENSIVE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK, AND MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY. Must be able to work with customers on the phone, and data entry.

Retail call center experience

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must be willing to work in a call center environment.

Ambitious, high energy, and goal oriented

Looking for a team player that is dependable and timely.

Proficiency with MS Office.

Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center environment preferred

Bilingual highly preferred.
