Our client in Irving, TX is looking for a Member Relations Manager on a direct hire basis. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Position Overview:
The Senior Member Relations Manager supports and manages the Member Sales and Member Care teams to new member and retention goal attainment.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales and a strategic service plan consistent with new member activation goals and collaborate with other departments to implement
Develop message strategies, promotions and collateral materials
Measure results of sales and service initiatives
Identify and develop sales and service tools to focus message, shorten the selling cycle, and increase closing rates
Identify and implement process efficiencies in support of goal attainment; and
Manage Membership team to ensure departments meet planned goals and retention rate
Attract, select and develop highest caliber of talent available and appropriate to position
Develop and implement staff training and provide coaching to assure all staff is successful in their roles

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business
CAE preferred
6+ years of sales management experience required
Up to 20% travel required: Trade show floor or event venues
Must be able to stand for a minimum of 4 hours, and lift up to 25 pounds
Must be goal and results oriented with strong leadership skills
Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Must effectively prioritize multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines
Strong computer proficiency, with particular knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
