Our Irving, TX client is looking for a CCVP Engineer:
Job Requirements:
Looking for a tier two CCVP involved with providing proven engineering expertise of Cisco products, with particular emphasis on Voice and IP Communications. This position will be working with a large customer base and will work closely to document customer issues and support the internal design team to recognize, report and fix opportunities that enhance and grow business.
Skills and Qualifications:
Engineering expertise of Cisco products, solutions and services with particular emphasis on Voice and IP Communications including Cisco Unified Communications Products
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, troubleshoot and update o client specifications
Hands on support of Cisco Voiice products including IP Telephony, VOIP, Unified Communications. Work with clients to ensure that SLA’s are met and efforts to upsell are understood.
Outstanding communication skills- both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills
