Our Frisco, TX client is seeking an energetic and driven Client Care Professional to join their team on a contract to possible hire basis.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions and industry knowledge with each and every customer
Answer inbound calls
Make outbound calls – follow up with customers
Process requests
Handle and research inquiries
Prepare correspondence

Requirements:
At least 2 years of client relations experience
Excellent customer service skills
Must have a sense of urgency while handling calls, but also show compassion and empathy
Strong oral and written communications are a must
Professioanl phone ettiquette
Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Industry knowledge is a plus
