Our Nashville, TN Client is looking for Client Services Supervisor to join their team on a direct hire basis.

The Client Services Supervisor will establish and oversee staffing for the inbound call center and new account implementation staff.  This person will implement and improve processes by reviewing and recommending new methods and procedures to ensure quality customer service.   Safeguards confidential client data and ensures department-wide compliance with all applicable regulation, company policies and procedures.  Manages the training, motivation, and discipline of assigned employees.   Provides operational reporting for management and achieves desired service level standards for the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
System SME for TSYS credit card processing platform activities and vendor relationships
Ensures that the clients are satisfied and inquiries are handled within established time frame
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ensures that credit card operations adhere to the organization’s financial and business strategies.
Oversight of client implementations and boarding
Ensures that employees are trained in all phases of their jobs.  Maintains portfolio and individual statistics on operational productivity.
Maintains system access levels across services staff and ensures proper controls and security are in place to sufficiently protect clientele and company
Develop short and long-term goals and plans for the department
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Summary:
Candidate will have broad skill set and a hands-on attitude.  The Operations Supervisor will be a critical component of the team, taking a leading role client communications and implementation. 

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in the credit card servicing industry.
Experience with TSYS (Total System Services) is a must.
Banking industry background is highly desirable.
Experience with a Call Center/Client Service department is also a plus

Education/Experience:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; five or more years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a financial institution.
Personal computer skills required with proficiency in Word, Excel.
Advanced knowledge of the credit card industry and electronic services regulatory compliance and practices.
