The selected candidate will have an extensive background (5+ years) in an organization skilled in direct recruiting and surgically removing candidates from organizations. A strong telecom background at some point in their career is highly preferred. Selected candidate must have strong organizational skills, excellent phone communication as well as strong written skills. This is a contract recruiting position filling requisitions from inception through offer.
