Our Tyler, TX client is seeking a Customer Care Manager in their call center. This client offers a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits and a dynamic work environment. Open to relocation for the right candidate.
The purpose of this position is to meet and exceed customer expectations. This person will be responsible for leading a team of call center supervisors to world class caliber by development initiatives, coaching skills, and motivational methodology.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead and develop elite supervisors.
• Manage and organize the business including staffing levels, department goals and overall effectiveness of the employees.
• Communicate effectively to keep employees informed and motivated.
• Deliver on sales goals, employee retention goals, and other company objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Education
4-year college degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
* Management Experience
A minimum of 3 years of leading world class supervisors, for a total of 7 years of supervisory experience.
* Call Center
3 years in a high volume customer service and sales environment preferred.
* Leadership
Able to demonstrate strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills.
