Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist for our Addison, TX client on a Direct Hire basis.
Position Description:
Growing technology focused organization seeks to retain customers and promote from within. While this is a sales position, you will be immediately handed a large book of existing customers where your success is just making sure needs are met and these companies are happy. Focus is B2B relationships. Base plus commission compensation model.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles incoming sales inquiries
Closes sales leads
Retains/Grows existing assigned customer base
Sells consecutively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients that impacts their business objectives while driving revenue
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail, email and networking
Maintains contact with all customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities using company’s CRM platform
Proactively establishes and maintains effective working team relationships with all support departments
Skills:
A successful selling record that includes at least 2 years of inside sales
Business to business sales Required
Experience in handling multiple customer relationships at the same time
College Degree Required
CRM software experience Required
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Customer service oriented
Diplomatic
Professional
Team Player
Self-Starter who can work independently
Proficient with Salesforce.com
Highly proficient in all MS applications
