Our North Houston, TX client is in need of a Customer Service Assistant.

Job Description:
Assist customer service representatives in entering new sales orders, sales quotes, credits, debits, return material authorizations, daily problem logs, and invoicing.
Track order status from origin to shipment.
Process customer complaints such as short shipments, mis-shipments, and credits for billing errors.
Update customers on delays or lack of stock in a pro-active manner.

Requirements:
High school diploma, college degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of in customer service
Advanced level of computer literacy (MS Office 2007)
Bilingual candidates preferred, but not required
Strong problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail is a MUST!
Freight forwarding experience is a plus.
MUST have experience working with a large database. Client works with Navision.
