Our Nashville, TN client is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their dry cleaning team on a direct hire basis.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Answer telephone and assist customers with orders
Take messages
Provide information to callers
Greet visitors
Assist guests with check out and payment
Schedule high profile and time sensitive orders from clients
Maintain front end

Experience:
Business Casual Dress
Knowledge of strong customer service skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a must!
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Have strong follow-through and attention to detail skills

Requires enthusiasm and a self-starter able to work with little supervision
Verbal and written communication skills
