Our client in Carrollton, TX Is looking for a Customer Service Concierge.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

The concierge will serve customers by accurate and timely processing of customer orders, provide product and service information to customers and agents, and resolve product and service problems to achieve customer satisfaction.  Candidates should demonstrate excellent telephone management skills and be able to handle calls professionally, efficiently and with great communication skills.  High organizational skills are a must. Candidate must have good computer skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and internet browsers (Explorer, Firefox).

Position Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to: order processing, researching and generating freight and project quotes and claims, order entry, customer communications and project record management. The Concierge should demonstrate the ability to listen and understand customer requirements and the ability to build positive relationships.
Competencies required and demonstrated are: a positive attitude, high standard of quality and judgment, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to improvement and quality, consistently regular in attendance and punctuality, and consistently demonstrating Virtues and Core Values.

Required Skills
The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of customer service experience.
Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
Process customers order in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
Excellent written communication skills.
Responds to requests for service in a timely and thorough manner; does what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; prioritizes customer needs; follows up to evaluate customer satisfaction.
