Our Insurance client located in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales representative to grow their current client base. Main responsibility is to qualify leads that have already been generated. This is a great opportunity for growth as the company expands. Part time with potential to turn into full time. Temp to possible hire.
Duties:
- Follow up on leads generated online
- Gather information to qualify leads and generate quotes
- Make outbound calls on leads to and schedule in office meetings.
- Work with Sales Manager to coordinate with clients
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be very customer service oriented
- Excellent phone skills and follow up
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Insurance experience is very ideal
- Property & Casualty license would be ideal but not required
- Has interest in the sales side of the insurance business.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable working on MS Office programs
