Our San Antonio TX, client is in need of a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for a temp to hire possibly direct hire opportunity.
Duties:
Answer phones, quote prices and process orders
Issue quotations and follow up with customer
Track/Monitor available inventory
Customer care from initial contact through the end
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service
Must have HS Diploma or GED
EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
