Our Houston TX Client, located in the Northwest Houston, is in need of a Temporary to possible hire Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Take orders from customers
Heavy and accurate data entry
Work with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Some Shipping and receiving
Requirements:
Strong data entry and computer skills
Pleasant personality
Must have great phone voice and be able to give high level of customer service both in person and over the phone
Greet customers/clients as they enter the office
