Our Rockwall, TX client is in need of 2nd shift experienced Telemarketer/Customer Service Representative. The position will be responsible for closing inbound calls generated via an aggressive Web-based campaign! Spanish fluency is a plus.
Duties:
Advises prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
Influences customers to buy services by following a prepared script to give service and product reference information.
Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Maintain database by entering and verifying data.
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Ensure quality service by following company standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
2nd Shift, some night and weekend on-call responsibilities, Part time positions also available.
Skills/Qualifications:
Persuasion, Telephone Sales, Empathy, Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Telephone Skills, Organization, Energy Level, Persistence, English fluency a must, Spanish fluency a plus!
