Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Manager of Operations/ Human Resources.  This person will be responsible for managing day to day operations for human resources, systems management and event planning s directed by CEO and or President.

Responsibilities:
Manage a rigorous employee selection process in order to recruit top talent including marketing, creation of interview protocols, scheduling interviews/ follow up and on boarding
Develop and manage the performance management system including processes for hiring, induction, evaluation, supporting improvement learning and development of staff
Supporting the Executive Team in developing and attaining human capital goals around organizational culture, growth, and development
Create and manage tools to evaluate the alignment of staff against mission, competencies and goals
Create/ manage events or group actives to help build team/ culture
Manage appropriate support staff including operations coordinator
Oversee project management system with prompts for “owners” or someone on each project team to periodically update it
Ensure continuous flow of information regarding operations among staff, consultants and partners
Establish or oversee creation of protocols (i.e. naming conventions, file structures etc) for Virtual and Backup Filing System
Create and execute plans for all logistical needs for large scale, signature events including but not limited to the assessment center, summer intensive, executive ed institutes, program launches, graduation, fundraisers
Coordinate/ manage appropriate staff around a well branded, high quality event
Develop event protocols that address a high level of care for participants including communication, environment, technology, materials, and refreshments.
Operating with an innovation mindset and fostering a culture of innovation amongst others
Tailoring approach toward the perspectives of others
Developing and cultivating beneficial internal and external networks in order to achieve results
Influencing others toward outcomes through an understanding of relationships, an adaptable approach, and compelling manner
Indentifying and acting upon learning’s from both accomplishments and less successful experiences by reflecting and proactively seeking feedback
Prioritizing and sequencing project tasks
Managing workload effectively and following through on execution
Making informed and timely decision, and using sound judgment to prioritize actions

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required
5+ years of experience in a similar role
