Our Nashville, TN client is looking for a Director of Marketing to join their team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Implement new corporate name and logo (corporate identity package: business cards, letterhead, etc.)
Audit signage needs and coordinate new art/installation using approved name and logo throughout system
Implement approved finalized marketing plan in 6 “focus” markets
Develop a marketing plan for multiple locations
Begin implementing the approved finalized marketing plan for remaining markets
Manage new center opening activities (open houses, media interviews/visits, etc.)
Develop an on-going community relations plan for all locations; implement
Monitor campaign activities and effectiveness; prepare reports for senior management
Interview and hire regional sales associates; coordinate their activity; conduct weekly sales meetings
Additional responsibilities of Director of Marketing:
Develop and manage the strategy and implementation for:
social media and blog
direct mail/email
brochures and collateral
local press/media relating to new site openings
results focused, including basic audience/coverage metrics for all activities
additional breakthrough ideas for promoting awareness
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or business is REQUIRED
Must have at least 7 years of hands on experience, at least 3 in a management capacity
Must have at least 5 years in the healthcare industry
Experience working hand in hand with a sales team for marketing presentations and sales material is highly preferred
Experience measuring the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns
Experience managing a team of people (Team of 5-8)
