Our Plano, TX client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their President, EVP, and VP.  This position is responsible for performing senior level diversified secretarial administrative activities for a specific functional area of the organization, in a support role to an executive level manager within the company, requiring frequent moderately independent decisions with highly sensitive and confidential information.  This is a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Prepare or compose complex correspondence, memoranda, and reports from rough drafts, handwritten notes, electronic dictation, media, or general verbal instructions and update to ensure completeness and accuracy including the editing of changes to ensure completeness and accuracy as necessary.
Answer incoming correspondence to the department by creating responses based on knowledge of department policies and procedures.
Assist in preparation of reports and presentations.
Organize workload to comply with deadlines and priorities and work independently to complete routine department or group functions. Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls.
Arrange meetings and conferences; schedule appointments; and complete travel or conference arrangements.
Receive and distribute incoming mail; assemble correspondence for mailing; receive and transmit material using appropriate electronic methods.
Plan and coordinate work group or project scheduling, budgeting-tracking, and administrative tasks.
May assist in the administration of programs or activities; along with related database file creation/maintenance and helping with any appropriate error resolution.
May prepare periodic reports or documents, e.g. monthly billing reports and invoices and may monitor and update budgets based on input from managers, researching discrepancies and resolving as appropriate.
Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant required (5+ years) and at least 10 years experience as a senior level assistant.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and operate within an organization and the dynamics of all levels of Personnel and Customers.
Manage the full scope of calendars, emails, telephone calls, video conferences, filing, document drafting, shipment coordination, office supply inventory, expense reports.
Expert in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing a must.
Proactive and anticipatory with ability to work flexible hours to meet all Executive needs.
