Our Grapevine, TX client is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper:
Responsibilities:
Prepare support schedules for year-end work papers
Perform other assignments as directed
Home Office end of month reporting to CPA
Daily mail, operational and licensing issues, office supplies
Future Growth Responsibilities:
Oversee others in some of the processing areas such as investor relations and check
writing for vendors and contractors
Deeper Cash Flow management, decision making processes, and Investor relations
Experience Requirements
Must:
Mortgage background (processing, underwriting, title, etc)
Public notary (have or ability to obtain)
Technology savvy
Experience managing or overseeing others
Preferred:
Real estate experience (investments, office manager, property management, etc)
Investor related experience (securities, deed of trust investments)
Other Requirements:
Professional communication skills and strong proven organizational and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills interfacing with all levels of management and business partners
Ability to support multiple people and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated, energetic and extremely resourceful
Detail oriented, strong follow through skills
Ability to handle routine tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently as well as a team member
