Our Dallas oil and gas client is looking for a GIS/Lease Records Research Assistant for a long term contract
Requirements:
- Paralegal or strong legal research skills or strong land / lease records research skills required
- At least a conceptual understanding of GIS and / or legal land descriptions
- Ability to research courthouses on line and when necessary travel to various courthouses as necessary for research required
- Experience with oil & gas lease records, Land related research or industry experience preferred
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to work with others required
- Positive attitude
