Our Dallas, TX client is seeking an HR Administrator on a contract to possible hire basis.

Duties:
Maintain personnel files for 350 employees
Notify employees when expiration dates are approaching (certifications, licenses etc.)
Complete and/or forward renewal documentation to the appropriate party
Administer any changes that need to be made to paperwork or employee files
Maintain and submit monthly reports to Directors
Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
3+ years of clerical experience required, experience supporting HR department a plus
HR support experience within the Healthcare industry a huge plus but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to pick up on new software easily a must
Must maintain confidentiality at all times
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
