Our client in Dallas, TX Is looking for an HR Generalist.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

We have a need for an impactful HR Generalist to administer a variety of Human Resources functions and duties in supporting our professional services team located around the world.  This individual will provide support to employees in multiple areas including but not limited to performance management, health benefits, learning & development, on-boarding & training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
Assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
Maximizes participation and impact of health management program. Monitors performance management program and provides coaching to managers.
Performs benefits administration to include new hires, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
Provides employee relations counseling and ensures fair and equitable treatment.
Utilizes Human Resource Information System to generate reports to analyze workforce trends and areas of opportunity.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Ensures employee records of data are accurate.
Train on internal processes and use of tools.
Coordination of monthly newsletters.
401(k) administration with new hires, change forms, and monthly contribution processing.
Administer and maintain the HR Benefits portal.

The chosen candidate will be extremely reliable and have the ability to have control of a number of tasks/situations at one time.

Qualifications:
Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or another related business field.
3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of legal aspects of HR, including state and federal laws and statutes.
A solid understanding of all areas within the HR function.
Excellent organization, project management, and computer application skills.
Proven coaching and resolution skills.
Successful track record of delivering superior client service.
Personally motivated to support the organization’s mission and goals.
