Our Lewisville, TX client is looking to hire an HR Manager to join their team on direct hire basis.

Position Function:
The HR Manager provides business facing partnership to the company’s Division Sales, Marketing and Distribution Centers Operation.  In addition this position will support Divisional Staff support teams at our headquarters location.  It’s a great opportunity for that special HR professional looking to make huge business impact and be an agent for change and GROWTH! Acts as a business consultant on organizational design, sales incentive compensation design, and change management.  Leads organizational development initiatives for client groups and some broader projects for the Division and the Corporation.  Manage all aspects of the human resources function for the Access Systems Division sales organization with assigned locations and staff support functions:  policies, benefits, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation and employee relations.      

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive partnerships with client groups at strategic levels to identify and manage business and human capital issues globally.
Provide leadership, consultation and advice to management teams in areas of talent management, workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate within human resources including recruiting, compensation, benefits, and operations to deliver high quality human resources services to the organization.
Develop effective business partnerships to drive our growth while watching the bottom line
Investigates employee and Company concerns regarding human resources administration, such as:  working conditions, disciplinary actions, benefits and compensation for assigned functional areas.  According to circumstances, provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to management.
Oversees the recruitment and selection procedures and implements recruiting policies and procedures for assigned functional areas.
Performs staffing and recruiting for assigned functional areas for all salaried, exempt positions within the sales organization ensuring quality hires.
Oversees the on boarding process for the assigned functional area.
Conducts organization audits to identify employee relations, compliance and safety issues and takes appropriate actions to address and resolve those issues.
Assists in the administration of the Affirmative Action Plans for the Company and that the plans are in compliance.
Assists in the administration of employee programs, such as corporate wellness program, employee communications, annual benefit enrollment, required compliance training.
Advises and/or assists region in conducting investigation of accident reports of a workers’ compensation nature, including interviewing of witnesses and procurement of relevant documentation. Also ensures proper procedures and forms are used in workers’ compensation matters and the preparation of accident reports, notices of absence, and notices of return to work are in accordance with company policy and the Workers’ Compensation regulations.
Facilitates corporate training programs to region through on-site or remote media presentations.

Skills/Experience Requirements:
HR Business Partner and/or Generalist experience of 5 years.
Organizational development, design, and change management experience.
Background working in an HR capacity in the warehouse/manufacturing sector

Education Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Business, with specific major in Human Resources preferred.  A business degree may be supplemented with post-graduate training in human resources.

SPHR Certification preferred
