Our Medical Center area Houston, TX client is seeking a contract to possible hire hands on HRIS Analyst.
Primary responsibility is to evaluate, analyze, and maintain the HRIS system to include but not limited to entering personnel data, creating and maintaining reports, auditing and maintaining the integrity of data and ensuring staff are appropriately trained to use the system.

Responsibilities:
HRIS Administration, serve as the liaison between MC and the HRIS vendor
Develop and maintain business process procedures, investigate, analyze and
resolve user problems and issues
Identify opportunities for HRIS systems enhancements and increases in
efficiencies,
Complete functional specifications and system change requests
Modify, test, implement & support interface programs; administer HRIS
system security
Perform standard/routine audits of HRIS database to ensure data integrity
HRIS report writing & analysis, develop standard HR metric reports, etc.

Requirements:
Education: A bachelor’s degree and 2 years experience or 1:1 in experience
Five (5) years of HRIS experience, demonstrated proficiency utilizing Ultipro or another equivalent HRIS system (e.g. basic query writing, exporting and manipulating data, etc.)
