Our client in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator on a Temp to Possible Hire basis.

Your role with the company:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources and Compliance departments. As this is a fast growing company, this role must be able to take ownership of the administrative duties required as well as be a liaison for the employees. For example, organizing recruiting such as scheduling interviews and follow-ups, handling new hire paperwork, manage Benefits information, and initiate performance evaluations and review forms. As there is a lot of autonomy, this person would need to be highly organized and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Background profile:
HS Diploma is required minimum – some college is preferred
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Extremely organized with ability to multi-task effectively
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Has a true customer service approach to their work
Ability to support multiple individuals efficiently
