Our Dallas, TX client is searching for Human Resources Director on a direct hire basis.  This client is extremely stable and offers amazing benefits.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will provide generalist Human Resources support to staff and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: the development, implementation and administration of policies and programs in the area of Employee Relations, Benefits and Compensation, Recruiting and Staffing, Training and Development, Safety, Payroll, and HRIS.

Responsibilities:
Provides advice and problem resolution to employees on employee benefits issues, administers individual employee benefits within policy guidelines.
Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, and/or company policies.
Recruit and retain employees for both an office and manufacturing setting.
Design and administer human resources policies and procedures, including compliance with federal and state regulations that cover two or more functional areas.
Administers various Human Resources plans and procedures for all company employees; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
System reporting as needed.
Performs other related duties and/or projects as required and assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years experience.
Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Must be able to communicate and deal courteously and effectively with a diverse group of people.
Knowledge of federal, state and local law and regulations.
Strong MS Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point Skills
Experience with ERP systems.
