Our Fort Worth, TX client in the food industry has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager for their production facility.
Description
The HR manager is responsible for the management of human resources policies and programs for the Fort Worth facility, including administrative, legal and policy aspects of employee relations management, training and plant staffing. Position is responsible for administration of payroll, benefits and human resources reporting for the Fort Worth facility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience managing company safety programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other applicable field a plus, but not required.
- PHR certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership and training experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Previous experience with HRIS systems a plus.
